Since his Freshman year of High School, Steven Leslie from Abraham Lincoln has qualified to compete in the Eastern Regional Bowling Tournament. This is his second time reaching the top 12 level, which in includes a spot in the PA State Championships!!
On Friday March 3rd, Leslie competed against 143 of the best high school bowlers in the entire Eastern Region. The only representative from the Philadelphia Public League, Leslie posted a 1091 series and secured the 10th spot in the Championship that will be held on March 17th in Erie Pennsylvania.
As the Championship Tournament inches closer and closer, the Philadelphia Public League would like to congratulate Steven on his extraordinary accomplishments so far and wish him luck in the State Championships!!
