The Public League would like to congratulate Jason Noel from Carver E&S High School on his PHL17 Athlete of the Week honors!! Our Public League athletes continue to show the City of Philadelphia their character and ability!! Jason has recently committed to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and will throw for them in 2025!!
