History was made last week when the Central High School Girls Relay Swim Team broke the Philadelphia Public League record for the 200 Medley Relay previously set by Central in 1993 (1:57.70)! Central’s new record (1:56.63) was set by Jillian Rhyshek, Jannah Rhyshek, Neoimi Rodriguez, and Nancy Maroon.
In addition to the record this year, Jannah Rhyshek also broke the record for the 100 Meter Freestyle last February with a time of 54.78 (previous record was set at 54.87).
