On Wednesday November 2nd, The Central Girls Volleyball team faced off against Carver E&S at South Philadelphia High School in a match that truly went down to the wire!
After a strong first set by Central, E&S was able to settle in and even the match up after the second set. The two teams would split the next two, resulting in a fifth set. After a “nail-biting” back-and-forth fifth set, Central was able to win the match!
Despite the loss, E&S’s own Paris Dais-Coaxum received the PPL MVP award for an amazing finals performance!
All of our athletes played an outstanding game and we would like to congratulate everyone who participated! Huge shoutout to our Girls Volleyball Sport Chair, Victor Otarola, for organizing the event!
