The 2022 PPL Golf Championships was one to be remembered! The Constitution Generals are first time PPL Champions in Golf with a 5 stroke win against the Lancers (Final Score – Constitution: 426, Central 431). Constitution’s Phoenix Baker and Central’s Manik Narula led their teams with a score of 96 and 86 respectively.
The Individual Championship paired Central’s Manik Narula against Masterman’s Michael Fisher. After a back and forth match, the two found themselves tied 86-86 after 18 holes. From there, Narula was able to take the Championship in a two-hole “sudden-victory” playoff.
We also would like to recognize Owen Cheung (Masterman) for receiving the “Longest Drive Award” on the 9th hole and Frank Bevenour (Central) for receving the “Closest to the Pin Award” on the 16th hole.
