On Sunday, December 4th, the Philadelphia Public League hosted its Competitive Spirit Championships at the Liacouras Center on Temple University’s Campus. The event featured over 30 Competitive Spirit Squads from the Public League and the Philadelphia area.
Girard Academic Music Program took home the crown becoming the first ever Philadelphia Public League Grand Champions, an award given to the spirit squad with the highest overall score among squads along with taking first place in the Varsity Co-Ed category.
