The Nittany Lions have added a top competitor to their lineup with the recruitment of former Audenried basketball star Shayla Smith! With multiple Division 1 offers from schools such as St. Johns, Arizona, Temple and many more, the 5’10 guard has chosen to stay in PA following a stellar career with the Lady Rockets.
Coming off back-to-back Public League titles, Universal Audenried has dominated Philadelphia girls basketball. In helping the Lady Rockets finish 25-6 in the regular season, Smith’s 37 point finals performance against Imhotep Charter propelled Audenried to the top of the Public League!
